  • All quotes are based on the information and files provided at the time of enquiry.

  • Final pricing may vary if project specifications change.

  • Lead times are estimated and subject to material availability and workshop scheduling.

4. File Submissions

You are responsible for ensuring that any files uploaded (e.g. CAD files, drawings) are accurate, virus-free, and legally owned or licensed for use.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon before production. Work will not commence until payment terms are confirmed. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of goods until full payment is received.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of CNC machining, cancellations may incur charges based on the stage of production. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Shaped by CNC unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
